Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States.
Cost
Shipping is free. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — no shipping cost, no taxes added at checkout, nothing owed to the courier at delivery.
Timing
Orders ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania and arrive in 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Order changes
Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@jumpairpro.com as soon as possible — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.
If something goes wrong
Lost or stuck package? Email us with your order number and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your choice, once the carrier confirms the issue.
